I will give you my undivided attention, you will be able to walk the inspection with me and I will point out all the defects I find and answer any questions you have. I will also advise you on maintenance tips and care for your new home. If you have any remodeling questions for me about moving a wall or adding a room, I would be glad to share with you my thoughts and recommend qualified and reliable contractors to repair or replace any defects not addressed by the owner before closing. I want you to feel comfortable and relaxed at your inspection and I would be honored if you have me perform it for you.
